Official RulesThe sweepstakes is open to play in the United States and Canada only. If you are not in the United States or Canada, do not enter this sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to accept these rules. Eligibility. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia or Canada. You must be age 18 or over at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. How To Enter. Each minute-logging entry for the Million Minute Family Challenge automatically counts as one entry in the monthly random drawing. Each entry is credited to the contact name given for each group at the time of registration. Automated entries (including, but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, script, macro or sweepstakes service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. All entries must by received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on the last day of each month for each monthly contest. “Receipt” occurs when Patch Products, Inc.’s servers record the minute-logging information upon clicking the submit button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of these rules. All entries become property of the Sponsor. Prizes. One winner will be chosen each month to win the prize package of their choice from the options listed. Prizes listed will be awarded and no cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is not available. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Prize Pack #1: Love It! On or about October 1, November 1 and December 1, 2011, and January 4, 2012 potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the month prior. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes begin September 1, 2011 and end January 4, 2011. To Claim Prize. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within seven (7) calendar days of drawing date. Winner must respond via email and/or telephone within seven (7) calendar days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited. Winner agrees to provide any additional information (such as feedback) that may be required. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without further notice, review, consent or additional compensation. General Conditions. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or related activity.
